ADVANCE VISIT BOOKING · 2X EXPERIENCE BENEFIT OFFER
Complete Terms & Conditions
Fields marked [●] are placeholders to be finalised by the issuer and its legal counsel before public launch.
01Important Customer Disclosure
The Braj World Advance Visit Booking is a pre-opening customer booking programme for future visits and eligible experiences at Braj World.
Under the promotional offer:
The Total Experience Value consists of a Purchase Value of ₹1,000 plus a Promotional Experience Benefit of ₹1,000, totalling ₹2,000. The same principle shall apply to permitted higher booking amounts.
The Promotional Experience Benefit is a one-time promotional customer benefit. It is not:
- interest
- investment return
- profit
- dividend
- financial appreciation
- ownership interest
- security
- debenture
- loan
- cash deposit
- guaranteed resale value
The Voucher is intended solely for future consumption of eligible Braj World experiences.
02Booking Values
Every paying guest is issued one Advance Visit Booking Voucher at a flat Purchase Value of ₹1,000. The Purchase Value of a booking therefore equals ₹1,000 multiplied by the number of paying guests. Illustrations of larger amounts in these Terms refer to bookings covering several paying guests (for example, ₹5,000 = five paying guests). Examples:
| Amount Paid | Promotional Benefit | Total Experience Value |
|---|---|---|
| ₹1,000 | ₹1,000 | ₹2,000 |
| ₹2,000 | ₹2,000 | ₹4,000 |
| ₹5,000 | ₹5,000 | ₹10,000 |
| ₹10,000 | ₹10,000 | ₹20,000 |
| ₹25,000 | ₹25,000 | ₹50,000 |
| ₹50,000 | ₹50,000 | ₹1,00,000 |
The Issuer may prescribe minimum or maximum booking limits per customer. The online booking engine currently permits up to 100 guests per booking.
Free entry for young children: infants and children aged six (6) years or below at the time of booking may be added to a booking free of charge. A free-entry Voucher is recorded in the child’s name for admission purposes only; it carries no Purchase Value and no Promotional Experience Benefit. Guests aged seven (7) years or above are paying guests.
03Per-Person Booking
Each Advance Visit Booking shall be issued in the name of a specific individual. Where one purchaser books for multiple persons, separate named Vouchers may be created.
Example
4 paying guests × ₹1,000 each (plus one child aged 5, free)
Amount paid: ₹4,000
Five individual named Vouchers shall be issued — four paid and one free-entry.
Each paid Voucher — Purchase Value: ₹1,000; Promotional Benefit: ₹1,000; Total Experience Value: ₹2,000. Clubbed Experience Value of the booking: ₹8,000.
042X Experience Benefit
Each successfully confirmed eligible booking shall receive a Promotional Experience Benefit equal to 100% of the actual eligible Purchase Value. Accordingly, Total Experience Value = 200% of Purchase Value.
The phrase “2X Experience Value” means twice the rupee-denominated eligible experience value. It does not mean:
- “double your money”
- twice the number of future tickets
- twice the purchasing power at today’s prices
- or any financial return
05When the Benefit Becomes Usable
The Purchase Value and Promotional Experience Benefit shall become available for redemption only after actual commercial operations of Braj World commence.
No redemption shall ordinarily be available during land acquisition, planning, approval, construction, pre-opening, testing, or soft-development stages.
The Issuer shall publicly announce the Operations Commencement Date through the official Braj World website and registered customer communication channels.
06First Come, First Served
The 2X Experience Benefit Offer is limited and first come, first served. It shall remain available only until the earlier of: (1) exhaustion of the announced Promotional Pool; or (2) the announced Offer Closing Date.
Eligibility shall be determined according to the date and time of successful verified payment. A booking merely initiated but not successfully paid shall not reserve entitlement.
07Promotional Pool
Before public launch, Braj World shall specify the maximum quantity or value of bookings entitled to the promotional benefit — for example, the first 50,000 customers, or the first ₹50 crore of qualifying Advance Visit Bookings, or another clearly disclosed limit.
Once the Promotional Pool is exhausted, the Issuer may close the offer; continue normal advance bookings without the 2X benefit; or launch another separately disclosed promotional programme.
08Booking Confirmation
A booking shall become confirmed only after successful payment, payment verification, creation of a valid Booking ID, creation of the named Voucher, and recording of the Voucher in the official Braj World database.
Each confirmed Voucher should contain:
- Customer Name
- Voucher ID
- Booking ID
- Date of Booking
- Amount Paid
- Promotional Experience Benefit
- Total Experience Value
- QR / Verification Code
- Voucher Status
- Operations-based redemption condition
09Personal and Non-Transferable
Every Voucher shall be strictly non-transferable. The Voucher may be used only by the individual in whose name it was originally issued.
The customer may be required to produce valid government-issued identification, registered mobile number, QR code, OTP, or another reasonable verification method.
The Voucher cannot ordinarily be sold, gifted, assigned, transferred, auctioned, traded, pledged, or transferred to another person’s account.
Clubbed Experience Value: while each Voucher remains personal and non-transferable, the Total Experience Value of all Vouchers issued under the same customer account is recorded as one combined (“clubbed”) balance. After the Operations Commencement Date, that clubbed balance may be redeemed by any Voucher holder of that account, singly or jointly, against Eligible Braj World Experiences. Clubbing does not transfer ownership of any Voucher, does not create a cash balance, and does not permit redemption by persons outside the account.
9ARight of Admission Reserved — Entry, Access & Conduct Guidelines
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED. Entry to Braj World is restricted. Braj World reserves all rights of entry and access to the destination, every pavilion, attraction, event, facility and zone, at all times and at its sole discretion.
A Voucher records an advance booking. It does not, by itself, guarantee admission on any particular date or time, to any particular pavilion, attraction, show or event, or during capacity-managed periods such as festivals, holidays and special events. Admission is subject at all times to operating hours, capacity, timed-entry or queue systems, safety, weather, security assessments, maintenance, statutory directions and these Entry Guidelines.
Entry Guidelines. Every visitor, including Voucher holders, must:
- carry a valid government photo ID matching the name on the Voucher; the Issuer may verify identity and refuse admission where the name does not match or the Voucher appears altered, duplicated or is already redeemed;
- present the Voucher (digital or printed) for scanning at entry; each Voucher admits the named holder only;
- submit to security screening, bag checks and CCTV monitoring; refusal to comply may result in refusal of entry;
- ensure children below 12 are accompanied at all times by an adult in the same booking or group;
- follow the instructions of Braj World staff, security and emergency personnel, and all signage, including height, age, health and safety restrictions on rides and attractions;
- respect the spiritual and family character of the destination: dress modestly in devotional and temple zones, observe footwear and photography rules where displayed, and behave courteously toward other visitors, artists and staff;
- not bring or consume alcohol, narcotics, tobacco or intoxicants of any kind; not bring weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, drones, laser devices, non-vegetarian food, or outside food and beverages where restricted;
- not bring animals other than certified assistance animals;
- not undertake commercial photography, filming, promotion, distribution, solicitation, canvassing, selling or any commercial activity without prior written permission;
- not damage, deface, climb on or remove any property, plants, exhibits or installations; and
- not smoke or vape except in designated areas, if any.
Refusal and removal. The Issuer and its operators may refuse admission to, or remove from the premises, without refund or compensation, any person who is intoxicated, abusive, disruptive, a risk to safety, in breach of these Entry Guidelines or any law, or who presents an invalid, transferred, duplicated, tampered or fraudulently obtained Voucher. The Issuer may cancel Vouchers obtained or used in breach of these Terms.
Restricted areas. Access may be restricted or closed to back-of-house, construction, maintenance, private-event, VIP, staff and utility areas, and to any zone the Issuer designates as restricted. Certain experiences may carry additional entry conditions, capacity limits or separate charges.
Filming and photography. Visitors may be recorded by CCTV for safety and security. The Issuer may photograph or film general crowd scenes in public areas of the destination for security, operational and promotional purposes; notices will be displayed at entry. Visitors who do not wish to be featured in promotional material may inform Guest Services.
The Issuer may amend the Entry Guidelines prospectively at any time; the current version will be displayed at the entrances and published on the website. Nothing in this clause limits the Issuer’s rights under law or under any other clause of these Terms.
10Family / Minor Bookings
A parent or legal guardian may purchase a Voucher in the name of a minor. The guardian shall be responsible for the minor’s booking until the minor becomes eligible to independently use the customer account.
Such a booking shall remain assigned to the named minor and shall not become transferable merely because it was purchased by the guardian.
11Name Correction
A genuine spelling or typographical correction in the customer’s name may be permitted following identity verification. A name correction shall not be used to transfer ownership of a Voucher to another person.
12Non-Refundable Customer Booking
Once successfully confirmed, the Advance Visit Booking is non-refundable at the customer’s option. A customer cannot ordinarily cancel the Voucher merely because of:
- change of travel plans
- change of personal circumstances
- relocation
- inability to visit on a preferred date
- change of mind
- or finding another entertainment option
No cash refund shall ordinarily be available merely on customer request after confirmation.
13Statutory Refund Exception
The non-refundable provision does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Where Braj World is permanently cancelled; the Issuer becomes legally incapable of providing the promised services; the project is prohibited from operating; a refund becomes mandatory under applicable law; or a competent authority orders a refund, the customer’s remedies shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Where a refund of consideration actually paid becomes legally due, only the actual Purchase Value paid by the customer shall ordinarily be refundable. The free Promotional Experience Benefit shall lapse and shall ordinarily have no cash value.
14No Cash Value of Promotional Benefit
The Promotional Experience Benefit has no cash surrender value; cannot be withdrawn; cannot be transferred to a bank account; cannot be encashed; cannot be redeemed at an ATM; cannot be converted into investment units; and cannot ordinarily be refunded.
Example
₹5,000 paid + ₹5,000 promotional benefit.
If a legally mandatory refund of the actual payment arises, the maximum underlying refundable consideration would ordinarily be ₹5,000 — not ₹10,000.
15No Interest or Appreciation
The Voucher does not earn interest, annual appreciation, monthly appreciation, compound returns, bonus interest, investment returns, or time-linked financial growth.
A ₹10,000 Purchase Value carrying ₹20,000 Total Experience Value remains subject to its stated promotional terms and does not automatically increase merely because several years pass before redemption.
16No Project Ownership
Purchasing an Advance Visit Booking does not give the customer ownership in Braj World, ownership in land, LLP partnership rights, company shares, voting rights, profit-sharing, revenue-sharing, management rights, or rights over project assets. The customer remains a customer, not an investor or project owner.
17Redemption
Upon commencement of actual commercial operations, the Voucher may be redeemed against Eligible Braj World Experiences. Eligible Experiences may include, subject to the final operating structure:
- entry tickets
- Braj World-operated attractions
- Braj World-operated rides
- cultural experiences
- shows
- premium experiences
- official merchandise
- parking
- issuer-operated food and beverage
- other specifically approved services
The detailed redemption catalogue shall be published before redemption begins.
17AReferral Programme
Each customer account is issued a unique personal referral code. Where a new customer enters that code while completing an eligible advance booking, the referring customer’s account is credited with Referral Experience Value equal to 15% of the eligible Purchase Value actually paid by the referred customer.
Referral Experience Value is a non-cash promotional benefit. It is added to the referring account’s Clubbed Experience Value, is redeemable only after the Operations Commencement Date against Eligible Braj World Experiences, has no cash surrender value, earns no interest, is not an investment return, and is not a payment for services.
A referral is credited once per referred person, on the first eligible booking only. Self-referral, referral between accounts controlled by the same person, referral against a booking that is later reversed, refunded or found fraudulent, and any use of the referral programme as a paid sales channel shall not qualify, and the Issuer may reverse any credit so obtained.
The Issuer may display a public referral leaderboard showing masked names (first initial only) and referral counts. The Issuer may modify, suspend or withdraw the referral programme prospectively at any time; credits already validly earned shall not be removed except as provided in these Terms or required by law.
18Third-Party Merchants
The Voucher shall not automatically be valid at independent third-party restaurants, shops, hotels, pavilion operators, concessionaires, or external merchants. Such acceptance shall be allowed only where Braj World expressly enables it through a legally compliant arrangement.
19Prevailing Prices
The Voucher provides rupee-denominated Experience Value. It does not freeze today’s expected future prices. Eligible services shall ordinarily be charged at the prevailing published price applicable on the date of redemption.
Example
If an attraction costs ₹1,500 when Braj World opens, ₹1,500 shall be deducted from the customer’s available Experience Value.
20Partial Redemption
Where technically available, customers may partially redeem their Voucher.
Example
Total available Experience Value: ₹20,000
First visit redemption: ₹7,500
Remaining balance: ₹12,500
The remaining eligible balance shall continue to be recorded in the customer account.
21Redemption Record
The customer’s digital account should display original Purchase Value; original Promotional Experience Benefit; Total Experience Value; amount redeemed; remaining Purchase Value (where separately tracked); remaining Promotional Benefit (where separately tracked); transaction history; and Voucher status.
22Validity Period
The recommended validity shall be five years from the actual Operations Commencement Date. The pre-opening construction/development period shall not reduce this post-opening validity period.
Example
Voucher purchased: 2027
Actual opening: 2030
Voucher validity: 2030 to 2035 — subject to the final validity disclosed at the time of booking.
23Project Delay
Construction and opening dates shown before completion may be estimates. If the project opening is delayed: the Voucher shall remain recorded; the Purchase Value shall not reduce merely because of delay; the Promotional Experience Benefit shall not lapse solely because of delay; and the redemption validity period shall begin only from actual commercial opening.
24Long-Stop Date
For consumer clarity, Braj World should disclose a Long-Stop Date: [●]. If actual commercial operations have not commenced by that date, the Issuer shall follow the remedy required under applicable law and the legally approved booking structure. Nothing in the “non-refundable” clause shall override a mandatory remedy imposed by law.
25Phased Opening
Braj World may commence operations in phases. The Issuer may declare the Advance Visit Booking redeemable once sufficient Eligible Services forming part of the announced operational phase become commercially available. Customers shall be clearly informed when redemption officially starts.
26Capacity Limits
Possession of a Voucher does not guarantee entry on every specific date. Visitors may be required to reserve visit dates, rides, shows, events, restaurants, or premium experiences because of capacity and safety requirements. Reasonable redemption opportunities shall nevertheless be provided during the applicable validity period.
27Blackout Dates
Certain limited dates or special events may carry restrictions where clearly disclosed. Braj World shall not impose unreasonable or undisclosed blackout periods designed to prevent genuine Voucher redemption.
28Premium / Third-Party Events
Special concerts, privately promoted shows, weddings, conferences, third-party attractions or other premium events may be included, partially eligible, or excluded depending on the terms applicable to that event. Such treatment shall be disclosed before the customer commits to the transaction.
29Taxes and Statutory Charges
Applicable GST and other statutory charges on underlying services shall be treated in accordance with the law prevailing at the time of supply/redemption. Where any statutory fee must legally be collected separately, this shall be communicated before the relevant redemption.
30Architectural Renders and CGI
All masterplans, walkthrough films, CGI images, architectural illustrations, pavilion designs, ride representations, hotel images, landscapes, and promotional visuals shown during project development are conceptual representations unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual designs may evolve because of statutory approvals, engineering, technology, operations, safety, tenant requirements, or design development. Such changes do not themselves extinguish the customer’s valid rupee-denominated Experience Value.
31Changes to Project Mix
Braj World may reasonably modify pavilion themes, rides, restaurants, retail brands, attractions, event programmes, hotels, landscaping, or other facilities. However, the Issuer shall continue to provide reasonable eligible redemption opportunities for valid Vouchers.
32Lost Mobile / Account Access
If a customer loses a mobile phone, email access, printed voucher, or QR code, the customer may recover the Voucher after satisfactory identity verification. The official Braj World registry shall determine valid ownership.
33Voucher Security
Screenshots, photographs or copies of QR codes do not independently establish entitlement. Braj World may use OTP, identity verification, device verification, QR validation, or another reasonable anti-fraud mechanism.
34Fraud
Braj World may suspend or cancel a Voucher where there is reasonable evidence of payment fraud, chargeback fraud, forged identity, fake Voucher generation, QR manipulation, unauthorised transfer, commercial resale, or cyber abuse. A genuine customer shall be provided a reasonable grievance and verification mechanism.
35Chargebacks
If payment is subsequently reversed, charged back or determined not to have been successfully received, the corresponding Voucher may be suspended or cancelled. No 2X Promotional Experience Benefit shall survive against consideration that was never validly received.
36Death of Customer
Because the Voucher is non-transferable, succession treatment should be specifically defined. Recommended compassionate exception: where the registered customer dies before full redemption, the Issuer may allow use by the registered nominee or legal heir after documentary verification. Such succession shall not constitute ordinary commercial transferability.
If absolute non-transferability is required even on death, this clause can instead provide for lapse, subject to applicable law.
37Data Privacy
Customer information may be processed for booking, payment, identity verification, voucher administration, referral programme administration, fraud prevention, redemption, customer support, legal compliance, and transactional communications. Marketing consent should be obtained separately where required. The Issuer shall maintain a separate Privacy Policy.
38Communications
Customers must maintain valid contact details. Important notices may include project progress, opening announcement, redemption activation, booking confirmation, fraud alerts, service updates, and material changes to Terms.
39Customer Service
- Customer Support Email: [●]
- Customer Support Number: [●]
- WhatsApp: [●]
- Postal Address: [●]
- Grievance Officer: [●]
Complaints regarding payments, Voucher records or redemption should be acknowledged and handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
40Safety Conditions
Admission and use of attractions shall remain subject to age restrictions, height restrictions, health restrictions, ride safety, security checks, capacity, weather, government orders, and general park rules. Voucher holders shall be treated under the same reasonable safety rules as other Braj World visitors.
41Force Majeure
Temporary closure or interruption may occur because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, earthquake, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, court orders, major infrastructure failure, or similar force-majeure events. Where prolonged closure materially affects Voucher usability, Braj World should reasonably extend the applicable redemption period.
42Non-Investment Representation
No Braj World employee, agent, broker, influencer, sales representative, channel partner, or marketing agency is authorised to describe this Offer as “double your money”, “investment”, “guaranteed return”, “assured profit”, “15% return”, “FD alternative”, “wealth creation”, or similar financial terminology.
after actual commercial operations commence, subject to these Terms.
43Advertisement Disclaimer
Every material 2X promotional advertisement should prominently contain wording substantially similar to:
“2X refers to eligible Braj World experience value only. It is not cash or an investment return. Benefit becomes redeemable after actual commercial commencement of Braj World. Booking is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable at the customer’s option. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Limited first-come-first-served promotional pool. Terms apply.”
44No Undisclosed Conditions
Material restrictions affecting the 2X benefit, redemption, validity, availability, pricing, or eligibility should be clearly communicated and should not be hidden in unreadable fine print.
45Statutory Customer Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived under Indian law. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law, mandatory law shall prevail.
46Amendment of Terms
Braj World may modify the Terms where reasonably necessary because of change in law, government direction, taxation, regulatory requirements, payment rules, fraud prevention, or bona fide operating requirements. An amendment should not arbitrarily remove the essential 2X promotional entitlement already granted to a valid confirmed booking unless required by law.
47Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Nothing in the jurisdiction provisions shall prevent a consumer from approaching a forum or authority having mandatory jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
48Customer Declaration
Before payment, the customer shall actively tick an unchecked acceptance box stating:
